Refund and Returns Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from our website. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you resolve the issue.

Notification for EU consumers:
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

For physical products on our site that have not been unwrapped/unsealed and that contain all intact labels, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving your order, only for orders originally purchased from our site. Shipping costs are paid by you.

If you fill in the wrong address and want to change it after sending the package, the shipping costs for resending the package will be supported by you.

The transport of textile products is provided by our partner, My System Print on Demand.

Once the order is placed on the site, the product of your choice will be made within 1-3 days of placing the order and will be sent to the address of your choice in the following days. Depending on your geographical location, the waiting time for the package to reach you can be a maximum of 2 weeks. So far, the waiting time has been 3-5 working days.

Our wish is that the products can reach every country in the world. If the product on our site is prohibited in your geographical area, please contact us to solve the problem.

For digital orders, the money used for that order can no longer be recovered after the purchase.

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
